>	Landlord electrical safety reports (based on BS 7671:2018 IET Wiring Regulations - Electrical Installation Condition Reporting standards.)

>	Intermediate Visual inspection of rental properties

>	Installation, replacement and upgrade of industrial machinery switches and emergency shutdown switches

>	Earthing conductor/ supplementary bonding installation, upgrades and testing

>	3 phase inspection and testing

>	Installation of BSEN 61643-31-2019 compliant Type 2 Surge Protection Devices (SPDs) to protect your electrical devices in your home from electrical surge damage.

All electrical work is inspected, tested, certified and notified before handover for use. You will receive either an electronic or paper copy of all relevant certificates/reports from AETCS as required by regulation.
